And a message to my wonderful customers - I will be taking a little bit of time for myself as my baby girl will arrive in early December. We will continue to trade as usual, however I’ll have a little less access to my phone, while I’ll answer all the emails, please be a little patient as it may take a few days, thanks!
We will dispatch orders and process returns every second day i.e. Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
So please if you have urgency (especially with the Christmas period coming) choose the Express post service.
I can’t wait for this new chapter in my life and I thank you beforehand for understanding that Contessa Volpi is a small business operated lovingly by me (with the help of my family) and I’ll try my best to manage it all.
