SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping - FREE : All orders placed will be dispatched the day after the purchase, via Australia Post e-Parcel for delivery within 2-4 working days for metro areas and 4-7 days for rural areas.

Express Shipping - $5.00 : All orders placed will be dispatched the day after the purchase, via Australia Post e-Parcel for delivery within 1-2 working days for metro areas and 3-4 days for rural areas.

No signature will be required on delivery. If you would like the added security of a signature on delivery, please email us at info@contessavolpi.com and we will arrange this for you. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. Contessa Volpi recommends customers provide a secure delivery address (such as your place of employment) as we are not responsible for stolen parcels. We use Australia Post as the service is traceable and in the event that a parcel has gone missing, we can contact them to ask further questions but it is not our responsibility to replace the missing goods.

 

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are sent with Australia Post Pack & Track International or DHL Express for a flat rate of $19.50. This service is registered and fully trackable. Please allow :

  • Zone 1 - New Zealand                          -   3-5 business days
  • Zone 2 - Asia Pacific                            -   5-12 business days
  • Zone 3 - Western Europe                     -   5-12 business days
  • Zone 4 - Usa                                        -   7-12 business days
  • Zone 5 - Rest of the World                   -   8-14 business days

Once your package has been posted you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information. A signature will be required on delivery. If your package is not signed for upon delivery, a note will be left at your address with instructions to arrange redelivery. Contessa Volpi is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If you parcel is delayed, please email us at info@contessavolpi.com and we get back to you as soon as we can.  We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is ask in check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising order. Please note Contessa Volpi is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
