A message to my wonderful customers - I will be taking a little bit of time for myself as my baby girl will arrive in early December. We will dispatch orders and process returns every second day i.e. Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
So please if you have urgency (especially with the Christmas period coming) choose the Express post service.

Contessa Volpi wants you to fall in love with your new bathing suit! But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a store credit, full refund or exchange (depending on the type of purchase) - the choice is yours as we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.
These are the options:
- for full priced items we offer either a store credit, full refund or exchange;
- for sale items a store credit or exchange.
We are more than happy to exchange for another size, style or color provided the item returned has been assessed by our quality control team. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Please note that original and return shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable (for return of free shipping purchases, $8.00 - $13.00 for Australian parcels and the full shipping cost for International parcels, will be deducted from the refund). Contessa Volpi does not cover return postage costs. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. For security and peace of mind, we encourage returning item(s) via registered post when choosing to ship via your own shipping method.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT EXPIRY
Online store credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue.
Contact us for return information within 7 days of receipt of item/s ; all item/s must be returned to us in original condition, unworn, hygiene liners and tags still attached.
- Please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Place your item/s back into the original bag and ensure hygiene liners and swing tags are in place.
- International exchanges will be given store credits for the price of the garment minus the shipping to repurchase to cover international shipping costs.
- A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.
- Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
- If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $20 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

From when we receive your return, it will take a few days to process your credit/refund/exchange and notify you via email.
We are limited edition swimwear so we suggest to contact us for the size/style you need as soon as possible to secure the piece and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your size in the desired item.
