Contessa Volpi is more than happy to exchange for another size, style or colour provided the item returned has been assessed by our quality control team. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.
But if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange - the choice is yours as we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.
Contact us for a returns sheet within 7 days of receipt of item/s ; all item/s must be returned to us in original condition, unworn, hygiene liners and tags still attached.
- Please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Place your item/s back into the original bag and ensure hygiene liners and swing tags are in place.
- International exchanges will be given store credits for the price of the garment minus the shipping to repurchase to cover international shipping costs.
- Returns & exchanges are processed within 2 business days after item is received and checked.
- A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.
- Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
- If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $20 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

Contessa Volpi does not cover return postage costs. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. We are limited edition swimwear so if the size or style you want is not available, you will be given a full refund.
